September on Kauai! One of Kauai's hottest months! The sun is shining brightly, south shore surf was up and looking so beautiful yesterday, Septemeber 11, 2009. The water is just the right temperature. Guest count is lower right now at the Grand Hyatt and The Sheraton. But the Hyatt is expecting a full house in October.

I , Joy, am dreaming of having my own yoga studio and spiritual gathering place here in Poipu some day! A place where yoga, meditation, pilates and chi gong, can be offered daily, and in the evenings we can have small intimate spiritual gatherings with up to 50  students and guest presenters such as Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Dreaming Bear, & popular main land guest yoga teachers for week long retreats!  All I need is investors with capital who support such a dream!

My yoga classes at the Sheraton and the Hyatt have been full and fun with mainland yoga enthusiasts and brave new comers to yoga as well as teachers taking a well needed break from teaching! I am so blessed to share the spirit of aloha and yoga with those of you who make it to this paradise!  Hope to see you soon!
